Hi, we’re Thomas and Tiffani, and we’re so glad you’re here.

We started visiting Gulf Shores, AL many years ago, got married here and now are excited to welcome guests to our condo here!

Sophia by the Sea is more than just a vacation rental to us, it’s a place built from memories, love and a desire to share one of our favorite places with others.

The condo is named after our beloved dog, Sophia. She loved the beach and some of our favorite memories were made with her by the water. After Sophia passed away in 2024, we knew the best way to honor her was to create a place where other families and their pets could enjoy the beach together and have the same opportunity to make those same kinds of memories with the people (and pets) they love most.

That’s why creating a pet-friendly rental in Gulf Shores was so important to us. We know that pets are family and some of the best vacations are the ones where everyone gets to come along.

Sophia by the Sea is owned and operated by just the two of us. When you stay here you’re dealing directly with the owners who genuinely care about your experience.
